Although we are based outside U.S., Canada and E.U. and not governed by US, Canadian or European law, we have adopted and implemented universal policies in an effort to voluntarily comply with anti-infringement laws such as the DMCA or the CMA.

• Description of the IP that you claim has been infringed. Location on your site, if available;
• Contact information: Full Name, Address, Email, Phone Number;
• A statement that the complaining party has a good-faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the IP owner, its agent, or the law;
• A statement that the information in this notification is accurate, and, under penalty of perjury, I am the owner, or an agent authorized to act on behalf of the owner, of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
• A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed;
